DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time Sweden for digital art prints and home accessories = approximately 7 business days with Post Nord. 

Delivery time Sweden for fine art limited edition prints = approximately 14 business days with Post Nord. 

Original Art will be sent with either UPS, DHL or Post Nord.

Delivery time the world = traceable registered shipment with Post Nord.

All prints are delivered protected and rolled up in he heavy cardboard tubes. Minor prints can sometimes be sent in cardboard envelopes.

Note that when ordering mixed categories of products they might come in separate shipments, for exempel when ordering digital art and home accessories.

SHIPPING COSTS 

For packages that have been announced and not picked up, SEK 150 will be charged.

PAYMENT
You can choose from many payment options.
Prices in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT are valid. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for the seller. More information is available on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website  http://www.kov.se

CANCELLATION
In the event that the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility that the order is canceled in accordance with the seller's purchase conditions. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to receive the order.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the sales company either by e-mail or telephone.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is advisable for the customer to check the product on arrival to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact DenART at kontakt@denart.se.

In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk further damage.

For consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the return shipping paid in the event of a valid return case, meaning fault or damage to the product. In cases where the return case is not valid, if for example the reason for the return is a complaint and errors that cannot be proven, a fee of SEK 50 + return shipping is charged. I am always responsible for return shipping when it comes to damaged or incorrect goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Private consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act. According to the said law, the right of withdrawal only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product works, provided that the nature of the product presupposes this. However, the product may not be used in addition to this.

If the consumer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must contact DenART, preferably via e-mail at kontakt@denart.se.

Return shipping is paid for by the consumer. To invoke their right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the seller to obtain a return address. For products that are specially manufactured for a specific customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. If an item is damaged during transport, the seller must be contacted within a reasonable time for information on compensation.

REFUND
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request a new item, the seller must refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 30 days from the date the returned item was received.

TRANSPORT DAMAGED GOODS
If an item is damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder, but no later than within 7 days.

FORCE MAJOR
Incidents such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events beyond my control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that sellers are released from their obligations to fulfill agreements entered into.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
You can feel confident that your personal data will never be distributed to third parties.

DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

OTHER
In the event that the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes denart.se to suffer financial damage, are reported to the police. The sales company disclaims liability for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specifications, on all products and services in the store's range. All image information should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature.
The webshop reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to the expiration of a sale item, the seller has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way. The seller must also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available
